Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been dispatched. 

Delivery Timeframes 

We offer worldwide shipping with the following estimated delivery times: 

Standard Shipping — Free of charge 

— Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days 

Express Shipping — Available on selected items 

— Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days 

— A small additional fee applies at checkout, displayed per item where available 

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods such as public holidays. The estimated delivery window for your specific order will be displayed at checkout. 

Order Tracking 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. You may use this number to monitor your delivery in real time through the carrier's tracking portal. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated after dispatch. 

Customs and Import 

Sevara ships internationally. On rare occasions, orders may be subject to customs inspection. Any customs fees or import duties imposed by local authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing. 

Failed Deliveries 

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or failure to collect the package, Sevara cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before completing your purchase.
